简       历:

梅茜,研究员。先后在东南大学生物医学工程系获得学士和硕士学位,美国佛罗里达大学机械工程系获得博士学位。2008-2009年,美国基因组公司任高级工程师;2009-2013年,美国亚利桑那州立大学生物设计研究院任博士后和助理研究员;2013-2017年,美国Nanostring科技公司任高级研究员,具备工业界医疗仪器和试剂产品开发的完整经验。

主要从事微流控技术发展和相关仪器开发及其在生化检测和临床转化医学中的应用研究,对塑料材料制备微流控芯片进行了大量研究,在微流控芯片设计、材料选择、制造工艺、批量生产和质控等方面都积累了丰富的经验,在体外蛋白质合成微流控芯片、单分子基因扫描测序的微流控系统、DNA 纳米结构的分离微流控芯片、多重核酸和蛋白质定量检测等研究方向也取得了一些创新型成果。
