报告摘要:
This talk will firstly outline the basic concepts of computer-aided detection/diagnosis (CAD), including some fundamental techniques used in CAD system. Commercial CAD products and several ongoing CAD projects especially on liver are also described in the field of medical image processing. Then we will introduce a CAD system on liver that has been developing for quantifying the diagnosis of fibrosis on MR/CT images, by using shape, texture, volume, elasticity analysis. The non-invasive assessment of liver fibrosis as well as the role of our CAD scheme to replace traditional liver biopsy will also be presented and discussed.
报告人简历:
张学军博士,教授。日本岐阜大学工学研究科电子情报(信息)系统工学硕士,日本岐阜大学医学研究科再生工学智能图像情报(信息)博士,主要从事计算机辅助手术和诊断的研究。目前已研制一套肝脏CAD系统,已在日本岐阜大学病院、广西医科大附院及区医院等医院推广应用。发表学术论文70余篇,其中被SCI检20余篇(最高影响因子10.88),EI检索25篇,并多次获奖。
