先后在中国科学技术大学,宾夕法尼亚大学学习及从事科研工作,研究生阶段师从著名物理学家Arjun G. Yodh。
主要从事生理参数测量、可穿戴医疗设备研究,以血液动力学为背景、从临床实际需求出发,以关键技术为突破点,重点研究睡眠中动态生理参数(如动态血压)、糖尿病血管疾病的可穿戴多模态测量技术、核心参数提取以及基于临床大数据和人工智能的干预效果评估技术,从而构筑睡眠障碍及糖尿病整体化解决方案。
先后主持1项国家重点研发计划子课题、1项双创人才计划;作为核心人员策划并参与1项国家重点研发计划及多项省市级项目。与首都医科大学附属安贞医院、协和医院及北京大学第六医院存在长期合作关系

(1) 动态生理参数测量:利用电学、光学、血液动力学等实现可穿戴及零接触测量,借助人工智能、数据分析挖掘和信息融合技术,开展心血管疾病、糖尿病、睡眠障碍等患病风险预测、智能辅助诊断及预后预测研究,为临床决策提供个性化解决方案。
(2) 睡眠障碍监测及调控:融合睡眠心率、呼吸、血氧、体动等信息,实现零/低负荷睡眠测量,辅助睡眠障碍诊疗,开展基于光学及声学的睡眠调控前沿研究。
(3) 糖尿病监测及调控:基于心率变异性、动态血压、PEI等复合参数对糖尿病进展及并发症进行早期预警,通过物理及药物调控,研究糖尿病及并发症改善情况。期刊论文:
