简       历:

张志强,博士,研究员,博士生导师,江苏省 “333高层次人才(第六期)。先后在吉林大学、中科院长春光机所获得学士(机械专业)、博士学位(MEMS方向)。2011年加入中科院苏州医工所,专门从事纳米材料与器件开发;2015-2018年,在日本大阪大学应用物理系任特任研究员,主要从事单细胞内高灵敏增强拉曼传感技术开发;2018年回国后致力于微纳技术及生物传感技术的应用研究,在微纳加工、纳米增强材料、微纳光学马达、仪器开发等领域取得了一系列研究成果。发表论文20篇,申请专利30项,授权10项。

研究方向:

1.       表面增强拉曼材料与仪器:

研究基于贵金属纳米材料的表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)分析技术,增强材料制备方法包括化学合成、自组装、微纳加工;同时,开发新型高通量拉曼快速检测仪、自动化扫描拉曼分析仪、便携化、手持式微型拉曼检测器。应用于微量气体分子、痕量化学分子、病毒、细菌、细胞、大面积生物组织等样本的检测分析;

2.       微纳生物马达/机器人:

研究基于微纳加工结构、化学调控合成结构的微米级纳米级可操作元件,采用近红外光、磁、电等物理场对微纳元件进行操作控制,实现对肿瘤细胞、细菌、微生物等物理、化学、生物刺激,并开展活体内微纳生物马达/机器人的应用研究;

3.       微纳加工技术及应用:

利用紫外光刻、电子束光刻、刻蚀等微纳加工工艺,可制备尺寸为10nm-500um的各类微纳功能器件,为微纳光学、生物医学仪器核心部件的开发提供精密加工手段。
