简       历:

刘兆邦,男,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。分别于20082010年获得哈尔滨工业大学软件工程专业工学学士、工程硕士学位,于2023年获得中国科学技术大学电子与信息专业工程博士学位。2010年加入中科院苏州医工所,从事科研及教学工作,历任研究实习员、助理研究员,201710月晋升为副研究员,硕士生导师。 

本人主要从事医学图像处理与人工智能领域研究,主持国自然青年基金1项,苏州市科技计划项目1项,横向课题4项。作为核心骨干参与多项国家级课题、中科院百人计划项目以及国自然基金项目,在CT影像设备研发(相衬CT、移动CT设备、锥束CT、静态CT设备、工业X射线检测设备)、流式细胞仪、眩晕症智能诊疗设备等重大项目研发中担任过项目负责人、软件系统负责人。目前研究的课题主要集中在重大恶性肿瘤疾病包括胰腺癌、乳腺癌等基于CTMRI以及PET/CT等多模态医学影像的AI辅助诊断技术研究。截止目前,共发表SCI论文10余篇,申请与授权专利10余项。

研究方向:

模式识别与人工智能:主要从事模式识别、医学图像处理与人工智能相关领域研究。 

具体研究内容包括基于深度学习和医疗大数据,实现眼震视频数据分析、医学图像(CTMRPET)的病灶目标检测、病灶自动分割,以及临床辅助诊断和疾病预后研究。目前主要研究课题基于多模态图像的胰腺癌、乳腺癌等重大恶性肿瘤疾病以及帕金森病、眩晕症等神经疾病的研究,积极协同临床医师,进行基础医学和生命科学的前沿研究。
