围绕重大临床诊疗需求,深入开展医工合作,创新医学智能计算技术,探索人工智能辅助疾病精准诊断、微创治疗和演进预测的应用模式,为重大多发疾病防治提供科学依据与系统工具。

以第一/通讯作者在以Radiology: Artificial IntelligenceIF=9.8)、European RadiologyIF=7.0)、Journal of Magnetic Resonance ImagingIF=5.1)为代表的医学影像学、人工智能、医学信息学、生物医学工程多领域发表高水平论文20篇,在以RSNAISMRMISBISPIE等为代表的医学影像领域重要国际学术会议发表论文10篇,授权专利3项,软件著作权1项。主持2项国家自然科学基金、1项国家重大科研装备研制项目子课题、1项省重点研发计划子课题、2项市级科技计划项目等6项纵向科研项目。苏州市科协青年科技人才托举工程资助培养对象(优秀)。荣获江苏省科学技术奖三等奖。作为专家组成员参与制定1项临床共识,参与制定1项团体标准。成果多次被国家自然科学基金委、中国科学院、新华社报道。

研究方向:

1. 医学智能计算:利用多模态影像(CT\MRI\US\SPECT)、基因、病理、生化等临床大数据,借助人工智能、图像处理、医学统计学和信息融合等前沿技术,开展疾病患病风险预测、智能辅助诊断及预后预测研究,为医疗机构提供个性化解决方案。

2. 手术导航:融合术前、术中医学结构影像或分子影像(包括内镜图像)信息,辅助空间定位技术,开展相关疾病的微创诊断和治疗的临床前研究。
