博士,二级研究员,博士生导师,中国科学院特聘核心岗位,国家高层次人才,国家重点研发计划项目首席科学家,中国科学院苏州生物医学工程技术研究所副所长。主持国家重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金、中国科学院先导科技专项、中国科学院重大科研仪器设备研制项目等国家/省部级项目10余项。任中国生物医学工程学会生物医学测量分会等委员。任《Biomedical Engineering Frontiers》、《光学精密工程》等期刊编委。主要从事生物医学检验创新技术和装备研究,在生物分子传感、单分子精准定量/单分子测序、超多重核酸检测等方面取得了一系列研究进展,相关成果获批三类医疗器械注册。先后入选国家重大人才计划、中国科学院青年促进会优秀会员、江苏省六大人才高峰高层次人才等。荣获科技部“全国科技系统抗击新冠肺炎疫情先进集体”、省科技进步一等奖等;在J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Advanced Science、Microsyst. Nanoeng.、Biosens. Bioelectron.、Anal. Chem.等期刊发表SCI论文90余篇,申请发明专利70余项,授权发明专利40余项,国际PCT专利6项,获美国授权发明专利1项,专利转让/许可10余项。
