罗刚银,博士,研究员,博士生导师,工程化研究中心副主任,国家创新医疗器械审评专家,苏州电子协会副理事长。长期从事器官再生、光学成像、血液制备、医学检验、微流控、图像处理/人工智能算法等方向的研究。现有团队成员48人,博士后5人,研究生12人,涉及光学、机械、电子、软件、生物、材料、微流控等多个方向。
近年来作为项目负责人和课题负责人承担了20余项国家及企业课题的研究,包括国家重点研发计划子课题、国家科技支撑计划项目、国家863项目子课题、中科院先导A类项目、江苏省科技支撑项目、苏州市医疗器械专项、企业委托项目等。
累计申请发明专利80项,授权发明专利25项,授权实用新型专利58项。在Lab on a Chip、Talanta、光学精密工程等发表论文30篇,获批II类医疗器械注册证4项。
主持开发的发光免疫分析系统、血型配血分析系统、荧光免疫分析系统等多项先进医疗器械成果,已成功转化至企业。

1.器官再生方向:构建基于肿瘤和iPSC的脑、心、肝和肿瘤类器官体系及其药筛应用研究;开展器官再生所需水凝胶、生物活性材料、结构支撑材料研究;类器官长时程功能维持与多模传感检测技术;体外肝脏常温机械灌注维持与再生技术。
2.光学成像方向:开展提升显微成像分辨率、成像速度及成像维度研究,包括高速振镜扫描控制、多波长激光耦合、近红外光谱分析、超分辨显微成像、图形三维重建等研究。
3.血液制备方向:开展血细胞高效分离、血细胞质量智能判读、血浆界面自动识别、一体化全流程采集、干细胞/血小板采集治疗等关键技术研究。
4.医学检验方向:长期从事医学检验仪器的自主创新与国产化研究,涉及免疫、分子和细胞等领域的微弱荧光检测、机械手、变温调控、图像识别、定位离心、智能控制与AI算法等。
5.微流控方向:开展复合结构芯片加工、微尺度流固耦合多物理场仿真、微泵与微阀的集成和控制、微流控系统装置研发等研究。
6.图像处理/人工智能算法方向:聚焦深度学习与计算机视觉、深度学习与生物样本成像分析、细胞与类器官的人工智能图像处理算法等研究工作。
