从事制药和生物技术领域的研究与开发的工作十余年。2014年回国任中国科学院“百人计划”特聘研究员,博士生导师,中国科学院苏州生物医学工程技术研究所核酸检测技术研究中心副主任。北京大学生物学学士学位,美国约翰霍普金斯大学医学院分子生物学博士和博士后。回国前先后担任美国默沙东制药公司(MSD, Merck & Co., Inc.)高级生物学家,Quintara Biosciences科学家和BioChain Institute, Inc.科学家兼项目负责人。在癌症相关的信号传导途径、RNA干扰、功能性基因组学、细胞检测方法开发、活体和体外药物靶标的鉴定和验证等方面具有丰富的理论与研发经验。在国际顶级科研杂志(《细胞》、《自然》等)发表多篇论文,并在美国专利和商标局申请有多项专利。回国以来,在研或验收包括国家重点专项、省专项等科研人才类项目十余项,发表科研论文和专利三十多篇(项)。国家高端外国专家、江苏省免疫学会委员、江苏省“引智计划”、苏州市“海鸥计划”、苏州市“高等院校、科研院所紧缺高层次人才”、苏州市优秀人才等。
