中国科学院苏州医工所研究员,博士生导师。国家药监局医疗器械技术评审中心审评专家,东南大学校外博士生导师。
主要开展面向精准输血需求的多重检测与智能诊断研究,聚焦临床需求,深入探索多重检测技术与实验室智能诊断分析系统的集成。通过关键技术的突破,开发高效、可靠的生物标志物检测方法,并将其与输血安全监测相结合,构建从应用基础研究到仪器系统开发的整体解决方案,全面助力提升输血医学的精准性与安全性。
主持1项国家重点研发计划项目、1项国家科技支撑计划项目、1项国家自然科学基金项目、1项中国科学院科研仪器设备研制项目、1项江苏省自然科学基金项目等多个纵向项目。
发表科技论文40余篇,以第一作者/通讯作者在Sensors and Actuators B、Talanta、Applied Materials Today、ACS omega、J Immunol Methods等期刊发表SCI论文30余篇,授权发明专利20余项。担任《Analytical Chemistry》《ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces》《Langmuir》等多个SCI期刊的审稿专家。
(1)输血相容性检测新技术及免疫血液学与临床输血研究
围绕精准输血的临床需求,以开发和优化输血相容性快速检测技术为核心,探索高效、精准的检测方法,助力提升输血安全性与有效性。
(2)基于天然蚕丝蛋白膜的新型生物传感平台研究
利用天然蚕丝蛋白膜的独特材料特性及三维多层孔隙结构,构建依赖生物分子特异性识别机制的传感界面,开展全血样本中多种生物标志物的可视化检测研究。
(3)生物标志物多样本、多参数并行检测研究
聚焦多重检测需求,开发并优化微流控芯片技术,进行生物标志物的多样本、多参数并行检测研究。通过
芯片结构设计、驱动策略优化及试剂配比改良,实现微量生物样本中多重标志物的高精度、自动化分析。
